Peregrina agrees to meet any legal obligations of the profession:
• We possess a licence issued by the Prefecture and are holders of a professional trader transaction card, number T11713.
• We are members of the top national real estate union, the SNPI.
• We benefit from the financial guarantee of the company, QBE Insurance Europe Limited
• We have taken out a professional third party liability insurance covering the practices of our profession.
Peregrina agrees to comply with the terms of the Hoguet Act (Nbr 70-9 dtd 2 January 1970), governing the real estate profession and in particular, not receiving any transaction fees before signature of the final deed of sale. Prior to the purchase, Peregrina will receive but a flat sum linked to service provision in addition to the mission of property searching, which corresponds to incidental activity: transportation; commitment to quasi-sole representation; offering a private Customer Page on the website; private superintendent service and moving-in assistance.
Peregrina agrees to draft for the parties, a property search mission in writing, the terms of which are to be complied with. In particular, it agrees to comply with strict confidentiality concerning personal data of the buyers.
Peregrina agrees to use any and all means for conducting its mission of property searching. It engages its action with the sole aim of meeting the needs and expectations of its customers. Peregrina maintains no ties of interest – direct or indirect – with real estate actors likely to impede the performance of its property search mission.
Peregrina agrees to offer you quasi-sole representation services: the Peregrina "property hunters" are never committed to representing more than three customers at a time.
Peregrina agrees to routinely inform its customers of the developments of its mission, to transmit detailed files containing objective information on selected properties, accompany them on the visits and advise them in their best interest for the duration of their purchasing project.
