Driven by their passion for beautiful stones and their thirst for exploring exceptional sites, Mr. Xavier Léonard, and Mr. Antoine Verdé-Delisle have founded Peregrina in Paris, where they have acquired a sound experience in the prestige real estate market. With the objective of getting closer to its customers, and to better meet their needs, Peregrina is also represented in Dubai, New York and Moscow.

Xavier LÉONARD, a qualified lawyer and tax specialist, also holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and Strategies. At 40 years of age, he can boast a rich experience in real estate financing and consulting. Xavier, a thrill-seeker, practices climbing and skydiving.

As for Antoine VERDÉ-DELISLE, he has a traditional Business School background. As an entrepreneur since 2004, his constant quest for new projects has led him to the real estate sector in which he has acquired a remarkable know-how. He has a passion for aviation and devotes his spare time to perfecting his piloting skills.

Jocelyn DELIFER is a graduate from a renowned School of Engineering in Paris, and holds a Master’s degree in real estate financing in New York. As a Credit Analyst specialising in major real estate projects, he first worked in Paris, then in New York where he now represents Peregrina. Jocelyn, a quintessential aesthete, nurtures a fine art de vivre.
Dubai and Moscow
Leslie MALLART is a graduate from a Business School in Paris and in 2001, she set up a Company in London, specialising in luxury real estates located in France and in England. To the utmost satisfaction of her clients in the Middle-East, she is settled in Dubai since 2008 and has developed a close collaboration with Peregrina, which she represents both in Dubai and in Moscow, to which she travels frequently.
London and Paris
Alexander SOKOLOV - VON ROZEN read Modern Languages at Oxford and followed a degree in Law. He began his career as a journalist for the BBC and worked in real estate. Alexander has rich experience in developing business for the art, media and the Internet industry. After working for Sothebys, Alexander set up his own consultancy, which specialised in advising art hedge funds and art collectors. He is responsible for directing the overall marketing and business development strategy and is also a Property Consultant with Peregrina.
