Moving-in Assistance & Superintendent Services

Should you so wish, you may receive private superintendent services to assist you in your moving-in process, and in general for meeting any of your daily needs. Such superintendent services are included, the first year, in our service provision. We have selected our partner with respect to the quality and efficiency of its services.

Other than the classical superintendent services offered by your annual subscription, you may receive an array of specific services linked to moving-in to your new residence. Such services are as follows :

• Subscribing on your behalf to utilities such as electricity, telephone, the Internet, water, gas

• Conducting the following administrative procedures : duly registering your new address with the City Hall ; changing your car ownership and voting card ; rerouting your postal mail ; taking out insurance policies ; opening a bank account.

• Move-out/move-in Assistance : your private superintendent finds a furniture removal company, provides you with 2 estimates and devotes a flat 2 days for watching over the proper running of operations.

• For all types of work (small renovations, major construction work, decorative work), your private superintendent can look up service providers. You will be presented quotes for each service provider (contractor, architect or decorator). Furthermore, you may receive weekly progress reports to be routinely informed of site operations.
