• Peregrina agrees to have their customers subscribe only to exclusive property search missions.

• Peregrina agrees to be remunerated by its customers, no matter any commission paid to other real estate professionals which may be involved in the transaction.

• Peregrina agrees to systematically formalise a confidentiality agreement with its partners in writing concerning descriptions, layouts, photos and information related to the properties they present. NB: Our customers themselves are contractually bound by a confidentiality agreement. Moreover, the descriptions and photos of apartments placed at their disposal are available only on their private and secured Customer Page on the Peregrina Website.

• Peregrina agrees to abide by total transparency and to instil a climate of trust with real estate professionals.

• Peregrina agrees to have the work ethics and reputation of the property "hunters" respected, to have the profession develop positively, and over the long term.

• Peregrina agrees to have no interests in any organisation in the real estate sector. Hence, it can claim to treat all its partners equitably. Any real estate professional may thus become a Peregrina partner without discrimination, if it, too develops a business in the sector of up–market Parisian real estate.
