 Transaction Fees: these are due solely in the case of a successful search. Fees vary depending on the price of the property and any possible intermediaries. A personalised quote is systematically drawn-up for said fees.

 Flat-rate contribution for additional services : (*) we request flat-rate payment from our customers for the following services:

• Commitment to quasi-sole representation: we do not handle more than three missions simultaneously per real estate "hunter"

• Providing with transport to and from property visits (within Paris area + airports : Roissy, Orly, Le Bourget)

• Placing a private page at customer disposal on our website (visit reports, action reports, forum)

• Private superintendent services and moving-in assistance

The amount varies according to the complexity of the research and the resources deployed by Peregrina to achieve the success of the mission.

(*) Any amounts received for such flat-rate payment are fully deducted from our transaction fees.
